Andreas Rohl, the director of Copenhagen's world-famous bicycle program was in Minneapolis April 21 to tour the city's bike lanes and learn more about the Nice Ride Minnesota bike-sharing program. After biking the city with Nice Ride Minnesota director Bill Dossett, he had lunch with bike activists and policy makers to discuss his impressions.
