Nice back-handed complement.  Kind of on the rude side.

Wow. This was two candidates joking with each other. Hillary obviously laughed along. There is no arrogance or misogyny here. The whole process is being destroyed by all of these non-issues being portrayed as something we should care deeply about.

To be fair, Palin was also brought down by a lot of these non-issues. Her problem was she had no positive aspects to counter the irresponsible bashing.
