Hello to all! Its Mitchie (ShellyJonas96) here, & I just figured out how to do this last night. IDK if you can change the menu or icon fonts on Windows XP or Windows Vista, but I know you can on Windows 7 (hence the tutorial...lol)

Hope it wasn't too confusing :/

BAI!!

EDIT: Here's the steps in text form :)

1) right click on your background & select "Personalize"

2) Near the bottom of the window, there's a button that says "Window Color"; click that

3) Click on the button that says "Advanced appearance settings..."

4) To change the font of the top of the window (like on the text on the top of the 1st pic in the video) click on, in the picture, where it says "Inactive Window". There, you can select the font, size, and color of the text from the drop down bars underneath where it says "Font:"

5) Click on where it says "Active Window", & select the same font, style, and size of the text that you chose in step #4

6) Click on where it says "Normal Disabled Selected", & then choose your font, size, & color of the text from the same drop down bars

7) Click on where it says "Message Text" to change how the text will appear in search boxes, web urls, etc. Then, once again, choose the font, size, & color you want it to be.

8) Now, click on the drop down bar underneath where it says "Item", and select the one that says "Icon" (this is the type of font that will appear underneath your desktop icons)

9) Select the font, size, and color you want it to be, & then your done :)

  • @mantijex actually some people don't know how. Most requested Windows 7 icon changing so we brought it. If you have a problem with that then deal with it. You don't have to be mean and put a stupid, nasty comment on there. And we are not 'faggots' you are for posting that comment. STFU

Oh and you might want to learn some grammer. A doe is a female deer.

  • That's cool but I'm still a little confused on how to do it. I really just see you pressing the buttons but I don't really get what you're doing

  • Doesn't work for me. I somehow messed up my computer by messing around with paint but somehow it changed my menu font. By that I mean when you open up task manager and look at

the tabs which say "Applications" and Processes" those, I somehow changed and they aren't legible. Is there a way to change it back?

  • aww theres no personalize on my pc D; fagget

  • THANK YOU SO MUCH! :)
