This video is about how the use of an AED(Automated External Defibrillator) can save someones life this was made by my First Responder class and I we didn't have alot of time to make the video SO PLZ NO NEGATIVE COMMENTS but it gets the point across....AEDs and CPR saves lives. I'd like to give a special thank you to ACADIAN AMBULANCE and AIR-MED SERVICE for their participation in this video

  • @Skippetts21 They have trainer AED's with no charge. We used them in school but I am not sure if that was a trainer or not?

  • whooooooa, very dangerous to be using a live aed, although it detects a heart beat and wont shock if it detects, but i wouldnt trust it lol , only to be used for emergencies

  • very good demonstration, but i think it would have been better if the man didn't jump when you "shocked" him. this nothing bad or anything just that if any of the class ever has to use the AED they may thing they are doing something wrong if the person doesn't jump.

but great video never the less, and i will prob use it in the lifeguard training courses i do :)

  • @searrss lol sorry that was my son I told him what to type XD sorry

  • @colinbucci Damn. As a paramedic, I'd think that you'd be able to spell "breathing", "circulation", and "respiration".

  • I love how at the beginning that guy just randomly happens to have a breath mask. xD that was the best part.

  • 1st of im a paramedic after you shock and there is a pulse check for resperations rememeber ABC airway Breatheing Curculation

  • so if this were real, what happens to a patient after a shock and a pulse re starts..does he just wake up or is he still unconsious?

  • @zisgaspa Why????
