You Rock Guitar as Midi Controller demo

Just got the YRG. It's plugged in via USB and controlling various Reason devices. Ableton is shown to show the velocity strikes of each string.

can you use any VST or sound kits from logic 9 or pro tools or any DAW in general with the guitar? i love hip hop and rock so you can imagine how helpful this would be since I'm not THAT good on keyboard as i am guitar....thanks

@landerssd Yeah. I just got one. It worked immediately (no config or software installation required) with all my RTAS instruments in Pro Tools (Xpand, Structure, Superior Drummer, Kontact, Reaktor, etc). I used it over the USB cable on a year old Macbook Pro. Couldn't detect any latency, especially with the hardware buffer set low. I'm sure it works equally well over the MIDI cable.

i you want it to "trigger" well, use an external usb of firewire soundcard.....
