Join Fitz, demonstrating the various way the Bar Bender can be used for chest and biceps. With the repetitions you can do medium speed for tone or for a major pump, do slow reptitions. For further questions, email me at fitzhouston@yahoo.com.

  • Hi is training just with this bar a good enough workout for the upper body??

  • @fidjibajs1 -Thanks for the question. I equate working out with this barbender for the chest is equivalent to doing a heavy amount of pushups. I've always incorporated into my other workouts. However, to use it solely for an upper body workout, take the workout in my video and do it for 3 sets with a goal of 5 sets. If you blast the upper body in this way with the barbender, you will see results. Keep me posted on your progress. Thanks!

  • u are a beast!!! my compliments u train only with bar bender? what is ur height and weight

  • @vinnerzzz - Thanks! In my younger years, I did the barbender alot. Now, I incorporate my weight workout with the barbender for a great burnout. I do the barbender isos or reps first, then go immediately into a chest exercise with weights. Its great for muscle confusion if you vary where you put the barbender in your workout. My current size is 5'11'', 295lbs with a goal to get back down to 250lbs. Gained the extra weight after an accident on the set a few years ago.

  • Does this train pecs as well? or just biceps?

  • @Hewkll - the trains the entire upper body, especially chest, lats and biceps. Thanks!

  • Too bad that this "strongman-tools" nearly forgotten. Expander, Bar Bender, Bullworker and also Isokinator are great tools of the old days, with guaranteed results. Back to the roots!

  • Yeah! these burn like the fires of hell man.

  • @Crowy9393 - Congrats, your hard work is paying off! Keep up the good work!
