I was at this show at the universal city walk. Yeah without Russ and Ralph, the atomic punks arent that impressive anymore.Theyre still good but not as awesome as they used to be. Russ really did Eddie justice and Ralph did Dave better than Dave could have ever done it. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.

Yeah! Russ is a very kick ass guitarist! But their original guitarist Brian Young was even better... believe it or not. So good... that David Lee Roth stole him from the Atomic Punks to replace Steve Vai.

Great guitarist! He's no longer in Atomic Punks, but in a band called Steel Panther and they write their own stuff, check it out; it's fucking awesome!

Tribute bands serve two purposes...It gives the audience a chance to see their favorite "bands" play in between tours; If they still tour...and it gives the band a chance to "be" the band they love so much..nonetheless it's all good I suppose....

I also noticed that he was doing the some of the same solo from another video here on youtube the one where Eddie does the whole eprution solo up to like 11 minutes.
It would have been kool if he had a cig at the head of the guitar like Eddie did back in the day

sadly last time I saw them they had a new guitarist. He's not bad, but that edge and precision were missing.
