  • lol..Doing upright row minimally hits your delts....it targets your trapz more....do other workouts rather than this if u want a workout that concentrates more on delts....try searching for >>>close grip millitary press...or any upright presses....peace ! ps. the guy in the video doesnt know shit....:)
