My god, that day at Donnington was amazing. Free n' Easy was awsome too. W.A.S.P. was kickin', no idea why anyone thought otherwise, it was Thunder who should have been replaced, but ok by who? it was good for UK bands that day. Slayer were f'n wild with Jeff Hanneman first appearing in fat mode, but awsome anyway. Didn't like Skid Row at all though, but Maiden finished the day off well as they always do. Halcyon days alright. Miss them.... I had hair, and a trim belly :P

My parents went to this. I unfortunately didn't but I went the year before.

Just commented on the Maiden's 'Fear of the Dark' from the same gig, fucking great day out - 'THis was when Donington was Donington!!! Fucking miss those days!' Quoting kalekold - because it's true
