@johncarl43447 unforuntly magnets can't power anything, they can't produce work unless you modulate he magnetic field(i.e. an electric motor)
The big reason for this is simple conservation of energy., magnet fields are just that a field, static. The effect that you are seeing is simple stored energy of from over coming the magnetic attraction of the two magnets. The work is still being done by you moving the wheel. It no different then rolling a ball up a hill then letting it go

the point of this experiment is to get a magnet to push past another magnet without getting stuck on the next field .with the magnets on angles and the addition of the u shaped metal i achieved this. think about it ,this means it is possible to use magnets to power things rather than just moving strongly and then suddenly stopping like most experiments result in.sorry u were bored but it is because of your lack of understanding of what is happening and what the possibilities are.
