200 Free Relay

Jan. 17th 2009 Swim Meet at Prince George's Community College against Laurel and Duval High school

This was a Relay of four of us doing 50 yds, each..it was Chase, Carlton then me..then another Sean Woods..

Watch the ones in on the left side, it was, Laurel all the way to the left...then us, then Laurel again...Watch the change in pace!

This was the highlight of the whole Meet for me.
We started off okay.
Firs one off, we maintained 2nd place..then came the second swimmer, kind of slowed down the pace and ended up 3rd...then when I dove in, I picked it up and caught up greatly...then Sean Woods--our anchor, finished it off placing 1st in that event!
