Water Jug Fire Experiment

My physics teacher showed us an experiment the other day, and i caught it on my phone (hence the crappy quality) thought i would show it since i thought it was cool.
(first video ever BTW)




To do this:
1. Get the water Barrel
2. put some alcahol in it
3. coat the inside with the alcahol
4. empty out the barrel with alcahol.
5. light the top of it and watch.

Haven't tried keeping the alcahol in yet, but i will soon. If anyone has done it, leave me a comment saying what happens.

We didn't drop anything, it is a lighter in the shape of a gun.

If you do this with a small hole punched in the cap of a 20 oz bottle it'll behave like a rocket...
