DeLorean commercial 2009

BEFORE COMMENTING ABOUT THE MUSIC PLEASE READ THIS:

I think the music was a bad choice in retrospect. A few comments, in my defense:

1) it was free and legal to use.
2) I don't like it either. I'd never listen to stuff like this.
3) I wanted to go for the "cutting edge" approach rather than the "80s nostalgia" approach.
4) I chose aggressive electronic music because most of the people I've met who own DeLoreans (a.k.a. most of the people I know who have bought them) are males with engineering backgrounds. Most engineers I know like aggressive electronic music.

Ideally, I'd have used the intro to "Stripsearch" by Faith No More (http://youtu.be/9-b3j0Q_DTk ), but of course that would probably run me a few grand at least.

@luccaskunk You obviously don't own a DeLorean, or very familiar with the car. Even with no weather stripping on the doors it doesn't leak because there are channels to carry the water away. Also the underlying body is fiberglass.

Yeah i heard rumors about an electric DeLorean too. Pretty epic i have to say. Finally an electric car that doesnt look like an elephant turd.
