You keep repeating sorry
-
Also, the cover of Catching Fire has the Mockingjay in crosshairs kind of making it a target. I just thought that it was so cool how the covers were sort of part of the stories.

i dont understand how u can read this whole series and still be team gale...katniss explains perfectly that she has enough fire in her life for two ppl and peeta not only loves her but he keeps her in check
-
@emmystein how cud u not prefer peeta even when hes insane, the only reason he went insane is because they had to torture him because he loved katniss so much
-
I'm getting Mockingjay tommorow, and i'm really going crazy...
-
@rosesofsunshine3 but how cold you prefer peeta in mockingjay when he goes insane lol..jk i know what u mean!
-
@phampants honestly, peeta sorta bothers me...I LOOOOVE GALE! but i have a feeling that he dies in mockingjay..im so happy cuz im like 3 chapters away fromm the end..OF THE WHOLE series! which is sorta sad in a too czu i luv this series
-

@rosesofsunshine3 I understand why people would pick Peeta over Gale. But I would like to note that Gale wasn't given a fair share of development. Also, I'm a sucker for the guy/girl next door. That's how I viewed Gale. Peeta was too stereotypical of the good guy winning the girl.
But one thing I do question is the fact that seeing how strong of a woman Katniss is, why does she have to have a guy? She's independent. Sans love story, she's a strong woman on her own.
As much as I love the Hunger Games, Catching Fire left me with a better taste. It's not because there's less violence, but agreeing with you, you get to know more about Katniss, Haymitch and how you learn so much about the capital.
Sadly, I'm not a huge fan Peeta. I prefer Gale.
Did not notice the difference of the mockingjay between each book. Clever catch! :)

@phampants thanks for ur thoughts:)
haha...ummm...hope you don't get too mad at me in my Mockingjay review when I explain more about why I prefer Peeta=P I was definitely quite torn between the two in Catching Fire tho! Overall, I'm glad the relationships didn't subtract from the plot but instead added an interesting dimension to the whole story:)
Thanks. I wish I could take credit for the discovery but I actually saw it pointed out in another review! I've forgotten which one tho...
