Suhr Standard Koa and Pau Ferro - Similar to Reb Beach Signature

After trying to explain in words some of the inherent qualities of a guitar with a koa body and a pau ferro neck and fingerboard (similar to Reb Beach's favorite instrument), I decided to put this video together demonstrating a guitar featuring these very tonewoods. This example covers clean, low and high gain scenarios to highlight how these woods work in different genres of music.

@lacis So you much prefer this to the Blue Denim Basswood you use to have?

@CRANKYONE100 I started off on a mahogany-based guitar so that tonal center has always been my point of reference. I loved that basswood guitar but found myself gravitating to the koa and mahogany standards most of the time. This koa was my first custom ordered Suhr and it remains my favorite. Its like an old friend.

@WoWintosh Thanks. I ordered this Suhr in 2001 after owning a few Reb Beach models and not being a fan of Floyds. It was a combination that I came up with that continue to love to this day.
