well the first time i bought the game it's a package with the game, a protoman chip gate, some standard crappy chips and starman exe navi chip. the chip is not for sale, but i guess some people might take it out and sell it individually...but in computer u can do anything

yea, it's by playing minigames and finding his star pieces, I don't know how to get either so I usually just go along wiht the low hp xD

lol, there's a code to unlock all the navis, check gamefaqs review for all/or a lot of cheatcodes for this games. also for "manual" way, we'll have to go to japan, buy the game, then buy some navi cards, then buy the scanner xD
