In Flames Acoustic Medley Cover

Hello everybody,

I recorded all 3 guitars in this video with using Cubase 5. I found the tabs on the internet and changed a little bit. I recorded the rhythm guitar twice and panned it hard left and right. And also recorded the solo guitars and panned about %90. The strings are cubases default strings.

All guitars recorded with a rode nt5 and the guitar is a yamaha cj-12. I used m-audio fw1814 pre amps. Mixed hole thing with genelec 8020's.

I used Uad plug ins to mix. (but of course it can be done with default cubase plug-ins.)

I recorded the videos with a Canon 550d. But this was my first try so i had a little hard time editing the video and converting etc. But at the end, i guess its not that bad:) I edited the clips with i-movie.

So everything played, mixed, taped and edited by me:) Hope you enjoy!

Really like this. How did you make your CJ12 into an electro-acoustic?

@babysafe66 i didn't. I recorded the acoustic with rode k2 and a single nt5 mic. But you can always use an acoustic guitar pick up like LR Baggs.
