Real Sony Xplod P5 12's

The amp is the XM-D9001GTR class D 900 watts RMS x1 @ 2 ohms, and it could easily blow these subs. BTW the are not the infamous walmart p5's. I am not posting this to brag but to show that there is nothing wrong with sony anymore for someone that doesn't wanna spend extreme on audio.

I bought two 12" xplodes from a friend. They are pretty used but not terrible. I also purchased a 500 watt alpine amp. Will this sound good? I have a nice car but not alot of cash for audio

Yeah I am sure they will sound fine. All depends on what kind of sound you are looking for.

@FungryMan yeah guy probably doesn't know that you can wire a battery in line. But homie you really need a dry cell back there. If that battery leaks acid it's not good. and it would make more of a difference just running a quality wire and that cap.  You really think an 8guage kit is efficiently powering that? not at all man.

@Peachwii i love how ur a dumbass and maybe he wants to run the capasitater straight to a battery thats not running off the alternater so then he doesnt end up spending more money on buying a new battery and altinater after he fries it. + capasitater hooked up to main battery fucks up ur wiring

I don't know... They will do that for sure. I'm not using these anymore but I didn't blow them...they are my home theater subs now. Check out my newest video with my alpines.
