@UltimateSenshi I dont mean to be an ass but The Alliance story line was one of the best but many of the people from wcw that people wanted to see left by the time the Invasion happened.But it was still cool because it was intense and made good rivalries. And most people who dont like the invasion forget that ecw was in it also and just call it wwf vs wcw  but they were called the alliance for a reason and there were plenty of ecw guys

The reason the Alliance story line sucked ass was because we'd waited years for WWF vs WCW but once McMahon bought WCW it wasnt WCW anymore. People wanted WCW to be Sting, Golberg, Luger, nWo vs WWF but instead WCW was Austin, Shane, Stephanie etc, it was just WWF wrestlers calling themselves WCW. Deffinately one of the all time biggest let downs in wrestling and everything that followed after just got worse and worse.

@TUTIFRUTI360 Think it would have been better, WWF lost a lawsuit and had to rename itself anyway, so they should have just rolled with it and made Raw a WCW brand and Smackdown an ECW brand,,, Then again they managed to F up ECW by taking the Extreme out of the brand anyway...
