D16 Vitara build on 14 psi tuned and built by MadScientistAuto

This is a 92 Honda Civic Hatchback with a d16z6 engine with Vitara Pistons and Tuner Toy Rods.
The turbo is a Hahn Racecraft 16g on 14 psi.
Should have around 240-250 ish HP

Yea. The idle air control valve needs cleaned.

Yeah its still on 14 psi daily driving it.

on a low reading dyno it put down 252hp and 202 ft lbs. torque.

Just purchased a new 60 trim turbo and bigger injectors and going to shoot for 350-400 whp.

and Yes for the tuner toy rods the block was notched.

Yeah, I'm around the williamson area and there is no knock, it's just where it has vitara pistons, it has some piston slap just like every other vitara build.

@92turbod16 it has slap because those pistons weren't designed by the engineer to be put in a honda by some beaner that figured it out because it was cheaper than buying forged rods built for a d series

What pistons did you use?

Nippon Racing or YCP pistons
