This is Chris Guerrero's CrossFit Westchester. The Workout is "KALSU" which is 100 Thrusters for time at 135/95 lbs and on the top of every minute you have to do 5 Burpees.
It was edited down so its not so repetitive to watch.

  • @Embizzle804 It's so rare for people to do anything other than machines that do the work for you (treadmill, elliptical, etc.), dumbbell curls, and bench press. Seeing someone say #$%^ that and really exercise is truly inspiring :D

  • Pube haircut guy has horrible front squat form. You should theoretically be able to perform a front squat without your hands on the bar (meaning you should be dropping straight down, not leaning forward). If I were unneccessary shorts over tights guy I'd watch out for flying barbells.
