Beethovens7th's Frittata

Sorry that the frying sound covers up the talking a little.

4 jumbo eggs, bacon, extra extra sharp cheddar cheese, grape tomatoes, onion, and some damn good dijon mustard makes an AMAZING frittata. ALl ingredients (except the cheese) from the Eastern Market in Washington DC. Go make this yourself and tell me how it goes!

btw I didn't know that frittatas required broiling. My dad would just slide them onto a plate and then flip it onto the pan again. His frittatas also tended to have asparagus in it which might be good in this.

@ColemanMulkerin I think you can do them any way that you want. The point is just that you cook them on both sides. I like broiling them though because it burns the cheese on top a little.

I haven't tried asparagus in one of these yet, but I've tried a whole bunch of other things. You can basically make it with any ingredients you want. My favorite way now adds kielbasa and apples.

Okay, I finally got round to making this (2 nights in a row) and it's tasty as hell and highly addictive!!! Hopefully you will feel inclined to post another cooking video at some point as this was awesome!!!

I hope to upload some things in the future but the problem is that I'm too picky. I've actually made videos cooking oother things but they didn't turn out tasty enough to upload....

@Beethovens7th Hey! I actually still make this, except I use ham instead of bacon since I can never find any as decent as yours! :(
