I was awake for about 21 hours yesterday, 12AM to 7PM, I had about 4 hours of sleep and I was dreaming about solving this wiring at the place where I moved furnitures and installed electronic devices, I woke up and felt completely restored lol.
He doesn't mention that REM sleep is also essential for memory health. Lack of REM sleep makes it difficult to remeber things from the day before. Just though I'd throw that in there...

Yeah that's true, I use to tell myself that sleep is a part of the creative process. And that without it you can not function at you're best.
