@21richkid They should get rid of WWE NXT, release all of them, and send them all down to Ring of Honor to work on their skills a little. After they've gained some experience competing in Ring of Honor WWE can always rehire them. Another name they should definitely consider sending down to Ring of Honor to work on his skills is Tyler Reks. They don't have a clue as to what to do with him. He's in limbo now right now teaming up with Curt Hawkins.

Real question...how come EVERYONE in this generation of professional wrestling cant cut a fuckin good promo? wwe, tna, roh everyone everywhere sucks on the mic. I'll see incredible athletes, but they'll never get over without at least decent mic skills. And for those who can cut a promo, they are just corny and their gimmicks suck.
