A short clip of 3 trains under DCC control using the Hornby Elite.2 are under direct control whilst the 3rd is running at what speed it was last set to.As you can see the DMU is brought to a halt whilst the other 2 trains continue around the track. This would be very hard to replicate using normal DC control. Going the other way is a Hornby new class 56.

  • @littleninjai Take a close up look at the likes of Hornby's new class 08, 09, 31, 56, 60, 43 etc. Also check out the likes of their pullman coaches & pullman observation coach. That's before we even get on to the likes of some very stunning steam models they do!! Look cheap & plastic..... NAH!!! Far from it.

  • @ashnobby Not unless you want to be able to turn them on or off. Other wise they work just fine on DCC with out a decoder.

  • @TRAINHEAD247 This layout never got finished, due to me not being happy with the track plan. Ended up taking down & starting again. Stick with it, i'm sure you'll end up moving your layout on to the stage. With so many great layouts on YT, there's plenty of inspiration to spur your layout on. In my case it's finding time to work on it. Cheers.

  • nice layout it looks very impressive im 15 and am really struggling to work my way into the hobby properly its in the same stage as yours and has been for about 2 years

  • does anybody have the red oo gauge 105 train from hornby?
