@ashnobby Not unless you want to be able to turn them on or off. Other wise they work just fine on DCC with out a decoder.

@TRAINHEAD247 This layout never got finished, due to me not being happy with the track plan. Ended up taking down & starting again. Stick with it, i'm sure you'll end up moving your layout on to the stage. With so many great layouts on YT, there's plenty of inspiration to spur your layout on. In my case it's finding time to work on it. Cheers.

@littleninjai Take a close up look at the likes of Hornby's new class 08, 09, 31, 56, 60, 43 etc. Also check out the likes of their pullman coaches & pullman observation coach.That's before we even get on to the likes of some very stunning steam models they do!! Look cheap & plastic..... NAH!!! Far from it.
