I think that thought replacement is the hardest part. I do also think that some people can not do it without outside help if they really came from an abusive background/history.Too bad you can't send the bill for it back to the abusers.

Observation. When I watched your videos from 2009 you look like you were in your late 30s. I look at this video and current videos and I wonder if you are over 18 or not. No joke. This just shows you that weight makes people look older and does age you.  You can reverse the aging process though by taking care of yourself.
