This is really great stuff, very helpful.
Please improve the video technical aspect... I think you should fire your cameraman and do it yourself! I'm sure you'll do a much better job: you won't be tempted to move the camera around so much, you won't do any jurky transition and you won't add music over the dialogues.
I love your stuff anyway.
