This is the second of two highlights of the Highty-Tighties 18 January 2009 performance as an opening act for the televised Presidential Inaugural Opening Ceremonies at the Lincoln Memorial. Although this clip does not adequately depict the crowd of people approaching the W.W.II Memorial to enter the Opening Ceremonies while the Highty-Tighties performed, people were swaying and dancing to the music, keeping time with their hands and feet, marching with high steps as they approached the band, taking photos and videos, and two TV stations used the band as background for their promotional segments. The first clip features the Highty-Tighties marching, and you can even see people falling in beside and behind the band as they marched on the National Mall. No doubt about it, Washington D. C. loves the Highty-Tighties.
