Hey! Nothing to contribute to your learning process except to say that I have the exact same cajon and am loving the process of learning hand drums. Thanks for sharing!

hey m8,well my cajon cost £180 and it's a Pearl.
For me,i love it,im thinking of getting a higher sounding one though, something with more of a tap to the snare. but overall it's a realy good Cajon, you cant hear it's quality to well due to crap camera though

Thanks for your nice comment on my video, Wolf. First thing I would recommend you is to place your mice a little bit further, so it doesn't make that distracting noise. Second, I love the idea of using a brush on the Cajon. Good job! Third, try not to hit the Cajon very hard, cuz all it does is to make it painful after an hour or two of practicing. For next time try to work on some Middle Eastern beats.

the brush is a trick i love as you get a great sound off it. ov never had any hand problems even after a 10 hour straigh playing session at a local folk festival :) alot of years as a drummer i guess helped there haha but im going to try and quieten it down anyway so the camera picks it up better. hmm i havent looked at the middle eastern beats to much yet :)
thank you for our comment
