Now with that sexism displayed, who's surprised at the vast rape and sexual abuses that go on within military training facilities, ground bases, etc, with in America around 20,000 sexual assault incidences towards their own members happening every year within the U.S. army. Does Canada need this macho self-righteous indignation of anger wedded to sexism that the military encourages? The invisible war is a good doc on this subject. Tough guy sexism

Maybe read some Chomsky to get your head around why imperialism and a constant psychological war against what in psychology they call the "other." Then go read some Yves Engler to get a Canadian context to abuses of power in the military in the supposed name of humanitarian ventures. And then maybe you can come back here and say people only watched a two min video to get their opinions. Maybe you do drive by shootings in the military but drive by trolling will be caught here

You know, this is the problem with the military brass, an inability to be critical of their organization. You know, the military doesn't preserve freedoms, its members learn what values are worth defending from growing up in society. Its not citizens who should learn to appreciate the military, its the military that has to re-learn to appreciate society. Besides, too many of you guys are doing the cocky xenophobic don't you dare question me or get you'll get pushed routine, and its f*#king dumb.
