Blue to Red- Katy rips off the puffy blue dress that is velcroed front and shoulders you can see it at the bottom

Red to Yellow- When Katy walks through the entrance a stage hand ( hiding inside) pulls off the red dress revealing the yellow watch the sleeves

Yellow to Green- Katy rips off the yellow that also is velcroed also you can see it in the bottom of the ring as the dancer goes away

Green to Red- again watch the sleeves as a stage hand pulls off her dress as she enters

Red to Neapolitan- the top of Katy's dress folds down and around to reveal the neapolitan see how her hands are down there and when she jumps you can see red this is almost the only possible answer considering in order for her to put on another dress it would have to be "hung" inside the fabric ring and still be put on and done up

Neapolitan to Final Katy's dress folds yet again obviously because in the video you can see her struggle to get it down
