How to make a dj roadcase for vinyl records or cords. This concept can be used to make any kind of road case.
What I used:
1/2 inch plywood
5/8ths rivets
1/2 inch metal extrusions for top and bottom of box (Home Depot)
side extrusions (reliable hardware)
ball corners (reliable hardware)
black laminate (reliable Hardware)
1/2 inch grey foam (pssl)
wood glue and laminate glue (home depot)
Latches, hinges and handles (dj store in my area , but you can also order them from reliable hardware)
