Written by Dave Goulder. A lot of this arrangement is heavily borrowed from Bert Jansch's version. His was the first I heard. It must be one of my favourite songs of all time.

I think it's a perfect song: Like lots of beautiful songs it's such a simple clear idea - just needs someone with a talent for thinking of the idea and then setting down the lyrics. Add to that Bert's immense talent for arranging and playing songs ... RIP a very great guitarist. I'm sure Bert's arrangement is much more complex than this, but ...
