KIDNAPPED: Joe's Story Chapter 2

OVERWIEW: this is told from the POV of Joe Jonas.

The next morning, Nick and I received a rude wake up call from Hailey. She dragged us from the closet and dropped us in front of Kevin, who was still tied up. His eyelids looked heavy.

"Kev, I have to say I'm impressed." Hailey said. "All night, and not a moment of sleep, and yet, youre not talking."

Kevin tried to look ready, but he looked ready to fall asleep in a minute. Nick and I were untied and we were escorted to a table, where our backs were tied to chairs and we had some sort of glop to eat. Though Nick and I resented what they were feeding us, we needed to keep our strength up, so we held our noses and ate up. Frankie was aloud to sleep in. when he woke, they gave him some cereal. Humph, I thought that treating him like that, then having him watch us being treated like we were would scar him.
But in between bites, Id moan in pain. Not because of the food. The closet wasnt exactly comfy, so my back was killing me.

"Whats wrong, Joe?" Demi asked.

"Ugh, my back is killing me!" I told her. Demi smiled and untied me. She had me lie down on the floor. She stuck a pillow under my head, then massaged my back. She was defiantly good at it. After maybe 10 minutes, my back was in shape again. I was stood carefully.

Kevin was released from the chair that night. I was plucked from the safety of the closet and tied into the chair. I immediately knew they were going to torture me. I was afraid, I hate to admit.

"Now, Joe." Hailey said. "Be a good boy and tell us what we want to know! Where are the concert profits?"

I bit my tongue and looked to Demi for help. She shrugged.

"Just tell us, Joe"! Demi advised me. "Thingsll be easier if you do." She ran her fingers through my hair. I was afraid, but I knew if was forced to stay awake, then Demi would let me sleep a little.
