According to Google there is no way to set Picasa's unites to metric so I don't think you will be able to change the template.

Great video, I like the new passport pic template in Print. However it's us size, can I change it to European size 35x45mm?

When you say animated things, do you mean moving things or just clip art?

I was reading at the comments and find picasa kind of cool, will try it. I am currently using fotoflexer that is a really good web editor. works better than what I saw in picasa and deffinetly better than photoshop express and many other ones.
GIMP works but it is way too hard to use it.

in my photos, i want to change the colour of my eyes, for example, to green, or pink. i dont want to spend money on software, so is there any way to do it with picasa or can you recommend any free software?

No way that we know of using Picasa but I did a search for "free photo editing programs" and found a few that might do the trick. Try the search yourself and read about he programs that come up. If you find a good one let us know.
