Chris Matthews Owns Congressman Proposing Obama "Birther" Bill

"Hardball" host Chris Matthews takes on California Congressman John Campbell and his "crazy" bill which would require that all Presidential candidates require proof of American citizenship.

"Congressman, nice try," Matthews tells Campbell. "You are appeasing the nutcases... You are feeding the wacko wing of your party."

This on the heels of a "birther" crashing Delaware Congressman Mike Castle's town hall meeting demanding why Obama's citizenship is being ignored.
