You mentioned Arctic Monkeys and Fratelli's. Arctic Monkeys first album was great, and I thought there was a chance for Britain to release some decent Indie Rock, but everything has gone down the shitter in Britain when it comes to music.

The Offspring's "Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace" isn't a super bad album, again I have to say, still better then today's bullshit. I know the one you mentioned is a bit not like them, but "Half-Truism" is pretty good in my opinion.
