well it is now but it wasnt in 08

@Fonzi79 It was said to be toxic but I don't think it was. My dad grew up there and he has been okay. Also the government saw this as the best time to buy everyone out. It is a sad story. Among those houses destroyed was Jodan, From rascal flatts, house....... This isn't bs but my dad was good friends with him
