@therabble hell ya did you put the JCM head on that orange or did you use an orange head as well? Have you ever tried using an XY technique on your cab with 2 57's or 1 57 and a MD421 <<< SOUNDS KILLER. thanx so much man i really appreciate you taking your time to tell me this (I GEEK OUT ON THIS SHIT)

Hey Chazz quick question! i see you used a U87(not too sure) a 2 SM57 but what was that other one? and do you have all the same speakers on your cab?

@RiffTV915 Hey yea i set up the U87 and a 57 and possibly a audio technica mic as well, but in the end i didnt use this setup, i ended up micing a orange 4x12 at my home with ONE sm 57 for "life's a journey". Just really spent a lot of timing moving the mic around to find the right spot that was warm, had body and also cut through the mix. once you find the right spot on the cab your away !!! Just make sure you have genuine sm 57's cause the dodgy ones dont sound good. -chazz rabble
