I just started accutane TODAY!!! i am doing a journal on it if u would like to watch my progress on it, Ur skin looks good, if u feel u dont REALLY need it, i'd say just do without it... its scary for me too.... if u do decide to stay on it,... i wish u luck =)

I'd say it's too risky if you dont want the 3 month initial breakout. dont think it wont come, there's a high chance it will and if you can deal with 3 months of looking and feeling terrible then go for it, but you dont really need to do it because the end result is probably going to be the same if not worse (because of all the cysts/pimples you break out with).
just saying, you shouldnt go on accutane imo

Did you undergo blood tests while on it (monthly)?
Did your friends? Did you watch your diet while on it by avoiding alcohol?

Your skin looks pretty good, I just think that using a treatment with acne creams should do the trick since your case isn't bad. Also Accutane is very harsh with your skin.
