is a 2.5L the old one, the gasoline is a 3.5L but the DIesel 2.5 have much more torque.
The traction of the old one is not ad good as these one, and the last one is a step back again because they used electronic differentials instead of the mechanic locks.

Not true. The very last one is step forward, because it has lockable diffs AND traction control. When rear and center diffs are locked, all electronic traction aids are off, so its like the car in your vid. But, when the rear locker is off, you have traction control which puts power for all 4 wheels. If in your car 3 wheels loose traction, two rear and one front. It wont move, but the 4th gen will because of the TC.
The 4th Gen Pajero is best of them all in terms of traction. =)

@offfiman A good friend have bought the latest one, previously was owner af a 3.2Did like mine.
On the mud and verry slippery offroading the Electronic must be turned off, because continuosly give torque to one single wheel and the car wan't move, the rear differential doesn't lock as the previous model.
If i loose 3 wheel traction and i look all center + rear diff i can pull out (offcourse, cannot move if the physics is over).
On my one i was equipped with a front lockable diff (Air Type)
