I feel bad for Tom, that was very rude of the interviewers to be messing with the electronics. He has great answers to the questions, though!

Guys, relax. No one was being rude. A camera turned off waiting for Tom, because he was running late. The interview started as they were turning it back on.
The phone call was a rep listening in on the interview to make sure nothing was said by Tom that didn't need to be said. No one was being blatantly rude. We all have jobs to do ourselves and things don't always go smoothly when it comes to electronics.
