I support this guy's efforts and the efforts of anyone trying to make SJ a better place for the arts. The "problem" is people like you. You ARE a hater. I use the word "hater" because it best describes your behavior. I could say "person who attacks the actions or ideas of another with no intent on improving the actions or ideas of another because said person feels badly when others think of and do things they cannot." I could say that, but I say "hater" cause it's shorter.

Too many individual trying to be rock starts instead of focusing on community...too many people trying to be like "look what I did here, look what I did there".....in it for themselves and to gain stardom...SoFa fair was great back in its day (the 90s) but LEFT COAST LIVE SUCKED!!!!!! Everyone left SJ, no music or art scene worth mentioning any where....SAD!

It's hard not to be cynical about San Jose's downtown development, but like middle east peace (to overstate an analogy) or anything else that's worthwhile you have to enter the possibility with goodwill, patience, smarts, and a willingness to act. So, maybe this soFA thing will work and maybe not, but I give these people credit for trying and wish them well. Where there are a million souls in a town, there are plenty who can be moved to the excitement of a creative district.

ya everyone, get off your butts, 150 people or 5100 people in a city with 1,000,000 at a so-called Musical Event LEFT COAST LIVE is pathetic, it was like a house party on the street....WEAK! So this will be better? LOL
