Hey Hey Hey this is Blake. Welcome to Getting Ripped For Christ. So this is a Ministry I started up back in April that is based on helping you Build a Spiritual and Physical Body. Now you may be asking why. Simple answer is because we need to really focus on our Spiritual Body to help us get through the hard times. Then our physical body to help us stay healthy.
I will be posting videos weekly. Now the first four Weeks are going to be part of the "Building a Body for Christ" program. So here are going to be the four weeks.
Week 1: Having Your Mind Set: What are your Motives for Training(Romans 8:5-11, Matthew 7:24-29, and Proverbs 16:2)
Week 2: Planning: Planning out your workouts, eating plan, Biblical Reading, Prayer Times, Worship, and Praise.
Week 3: Running Out Of Your Comfort Zone: Moving out of the mindset of being satisfied. Striving to want more out of your workouts, and spiritual life.
Week 4: Hitting A Plateau: Avoiding hitting a downfall or getting out of that ditch you fell into.
So that is going to be the 4 Week Building a Body For Christ!
