"La Cité des Enfants Perdus" is a dark and gloomy movie coming from Jean-Pierre Jeunet who later went on to direct "Amélie" (atmospherically speaking, the complete opposite)...

  • Did anyone see how big the submarine mines are.

  • I had to watch the movie a couple of times before I understood what it was all about :P

  • Vidéo super, la musique, j'adore!

  • Wow!! I just watched the movie, Didn't really get it, found this and now i love it!!! I LOVE FLOYD!! and it fits this perfectly

  • A perfect union! Loved the two... floyd fits the mood and atmosphere just right and contrariwise!

  • Maybe both of them hungry for affection, care and love. In COTLC, you see also better, the contrast between the strong man who has a child's soul and the little but strong spirited girl. Sry for my BAD english.

In LTROI, harder to see these. Because LTROI is more refined, and ambivalent. Here I think the girl symbolize the Man with great strength, but somebody who knows little about the life and feelings.

  • @Kretek
