This video is full of garbage. The Dalai Lama is a leader of a people that were invaded and brutally treated by China. FREE TIBET NOW. THEN MAKE JUDGEMENTS HOW ABOUT HOW THEY MANAGE THEIR AFFAIRS.

@TruthCracker If you look into it, I'd say most of them are true. I have seen the de-classified CIA official documents and Dalai was on CIA's payroll with abou $180K a year for many years, and CIA was training Tibeten guerillas and provided weapons to fight the chinese army. Dalai was not a peaceful person as he appears to be today.

Well, I see multiple places where this "historian" is innacurate 2 minutes in.
For one, the Dalai Lama worked to NEGOCIATE with China as they claimed Tibet, in order for them to coexist. Mao Zedong refused to negociate the conditions of the Tibet takeover, saying that "religion is poison."
His "insurrection" was nonviolent and was mostly played out by common Tibetan Buddhists.
This guy is entirely full of shit. Completely slanderous ^^

It's true. Brit policy from 1890 on was to get ruling allies with presents to help "contain Russia". In line with both claimed soviergnty & rev. rising of lower oppressed classes to achieve modern tech. the Chinese entered Tibet & stirred up those classes of serf-dependants. This contradicted Religion so monks were displaced. This happened many places of rev. In East EU it has been used for return to tradition & Brit or US "secular" model. Heavy confusion everywhere about present Rel. status.
