0:15 note the one brake-light that works in the window. the other two lights should increase their brightness when this light comes on. But its really hard to tell if the tag light's out or not from this vid. BUT you admit the brake lights are out in 1:42 lol

From what I see, the driver's side brake light (which is different from the tail light) is non-functioning. Also, the license tag light is also burnt out. Looks like a good stop.

cops are all corrupt they abuse the law even though they are supposed to be upholding it ive seen cops speed through stoplights ive seen cops almost cause wrecks from reckless driving ive seen cops harrass people for no reason at all ive seen a cop pick up a prostitute that had just broken a window and was piss ass drunk in public and take her away for 15 min and then come back and drop her off they get away with whatever they want
