While I do think that would be a cool idea two things.
1. Midbus is Bowser's worst enemy. Aside from the Bros. of course.
2. Midbus is still frozen in Peach's Castle somewhere. It is heavily implied he either died while frozen or was arrested by the Toads when they retook the Castle from Fawful.
Bowser Jr. is a more ideal pick. Bowser and Junior RPG. Make it now Nintendo.

This could have easily been boss music but they made it music for regular battles as Bowser. Just shows how epic this game is.
