YouTube was bought by Google in 2006 in which they joined their Adsense with YouTube's YouTube Partnership Program. The way that the money process works for all the participating parties is that first, Advertisers/Advertisements bid on the videos that they would like to see their advertisements placed on. They pay GoogleAdsense x amount of money to have the ads up for an x amount of time. Then, Google will work with you by paying you per clicks, page impressions, or views from your videos, giving you a cut, and YouTube a cut. The money trickles down by first coming from the Advertisers/Advertisement, goes to Google, comes from Google, goes to YouTube, and them comes from YouTube to you. Simple right? Also, if you have a big audience on YouTube, you can get paid per views. The bigger your audience, the more you can get paid per views which makes you a more successful YouTube Partner. Basically, YouTube Partnership is a partnership program in which you get paid through advertisements placed on and around your videos.

YouTube Partnership is a partnership that you have with YouTube/Google in which they pay you per click or view depending on the type of ads ran on your video(s). You are payed differently per ad. You can be paid through page impressions or page views. The money made from ads placed on your videos, will be distributed to YouTube, Google and you, the YouTube Partner. It is prohibited by your YouTube Partnership to click your own ads to pay yourself. Also, it is advises that you only click ads on other YouTuber's videos ONLY if you are honestly and sincerely interested in the ad and the products that they offer. YouTube and Google definitely will take suspicion at YouTuber's who are getting way too many ad clicks, especially when you are new. Also, even if you aren't a YouTube Partner, your still not excused from Google coming after you for click fraud for consistantly and falsely clicking ads for someones benefit. Google is pretty good at locating your IP Address so that they can figure out where the problem is coming from. They have all rights to suspend your account, suspend your Adsense, and refuse to give you that privilage ever again if they want. Please dont take chances with your Partnership by clicking your own ads or others falsely.

  • Doesn't views, likes, comments, and favs add to some of the money you receive?

  • @twigj93 just views.. if you rate it, it helps the video rank and helps share the video to people who dont know your videos.. resulting in more views resulting in more money
