Heat 1 Bartholomew County IN Demo Derby 7-10-2010

4th time doing this, 1st time in 8 years. 1978 Cadillac Fleetwood I was given in 2004. Plans were to fix it up but the rust was a bit much so... I destroyed it. This is heat one of the Bartholomew County Indiana Demo Derby 7-10-2010.

The frame was notched. Dash and seat bars welded in. 425ci with driver side header and pass side manifold up-side down. Front bumper from an '80's Buick wagon.

Radiator overflow hose came off and was spraying antifreeze on me, then my battery cable came out of the post. This found after the stick was broke.

There is an endless list of things I could have done different, such as better tires, higher front bumper, cut the hood different, posi as opposed to lmt. slip etc, etc, but I didn't. This thing was a bear to strip, there was allot of crap in this thing. Not too much money but allot of time in this. I did have fun! and that is what I did it for.
